City of Houston TIA Form

Traffic Engineers, Inc. would like to facilitate the City of Houston (COH) Access Management for New Development Process for you.  The COH Infrastructure Design Manual can be found here, and the three-page Access Management Application form to submit alongside the proposed site plan can be found here.

However, the three-page Access Management Application Form has not been set up with fillable text fields by the City of Houston.  Traffic Engineers, Inc. has added this functionality to the form and can produce it for you.  Simply utilize the html form found below to populate the required fields found in Form A and Form B of the Access Management Application.

Upon submittal of the form, Traffic Engineers, Inc. will receive your data and will populate any missing or omitted data (such as the ITE Trip Generation Rates, Land Use Codes, etc) into the formatted COH PDF document.  The completed PDF document with all fields completed will then be e-mailed to the submitter, free of charge.  Traffic Engineers, Inc. will also be available to consult and/or advise you on whether or not the COH will require a Traffic Impact Analysis for your project/site.  Please contact Dustin Qualls, PE, PTOE, if you have any questions.
